By accessing 2createapps.com and using the 2CreateApps platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2CreateApps provides a no-code mobile app builder platform that allows users to create, customize, and publish mobile applications. The platform includes templates, design tools, and publishing services.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform
• One person or entity per account

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Create apps that contain malware, spam, or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Apps you create using 2CreateApps belong to you. However, the platform, templates, and underlying technology remain the property of Hostao LLC. You are granted a license to use templates within your apps.

• Free plans are available with limited features
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days

While we assist with app store submission, approval is subject to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies. We do not guarantee approval. You are responsible for complying with their guidelines.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hostao LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
